I'm "across the pond" as well, depending on where you are in the world,
and I'm using Godaddy.com. They can register .co.uk/.me.uk/.org.uk as
well. Even for us non-UK people.

Hmm...
Typical blond moment here I guess.

Thought .uk was singularly set to UK residents/businesses..etc.
That's why I searched, "over there".

Found a better, faster solution though

Not at the moment. I'm already suing the company that sold me my car...and
that's taking up most of my time these days. :P
