I got your front page, which took a moment to load, then I couldn't get any
further. I presume this is because of the requirement that I should have

Why does one need Java to enter your site?

Oh. And another thing.............. Add some text to your index page
and or just bugger off that splash page altogether...... It does not
do your site any justice what so ever.

The button to enter the site didnt work for me IE on win XP pro

I think you should dump the entire site and start all over again. Keep
it simple; no frames, no flash and no javascript.
