Actually, the Hudson doesn't run through New York City - it's the
boundary between NYC and New Jersey. The East River runs through NYC,
separating Manhattan and Brooklyn/Queens, though the East River is
really a tidal estuary. The Harlem River separates Manhattan and the
Bronx, but it's really more a strait than a river.

Yes, I grew up there ;-)

Its ok, menu not finished, a couple are right for me to play with, eg. avg.
They will all open in self when done.

Hi Charles,

Open it in IE.
Drag the right side inwards so the page becomes narrow.
The picture goes down under the menu.
It does not in mozilla, FF and Netscape, just IE.
I changed the doctype as you have above but no difference.

Cheers
Jenny

Yes quite right and I need to add the fact that it is unique in New Zealand
which has previously been pointed out.
They may have been founded near rivers but no other in New Zealand actually
runs the full length of the main road.
This could possibly be true for those you have quoted above as those places
all have many main streets and much longer than our wee one main road

Any ideas on my IE hic up please

Jenny

Good take those off his list, making Wairoa closer to be unique
