The East River runs through NYC, separating Manhattan and Brooklyn/Queens, though the East River is really a tidal estuary. The Harlem River separates Manhattan and the Bronx, but it's really more a strait than a river. Yes, I grew up there ;-) |

It does not in mozilla, FF and Netscape, just IE. I changed the doctype as you have above but no difference. Cheers Jenny |

Yes quite right and I need to add the fact that it is unique in New Zealand which has previously been pointed out. They may have been founded near rivers but no other in New Zealand actually runs the full length of the main road. This could possibly be true for those you have quoted above as those places all have many main streets and much longer than our wee one main road ![]() Any ideas on my IE hic up please Jenny |
