Default Failure to launch HTML help

Hi,

I have a peculiar problem with launching HTML help in a C# .NET
application
Help.ShowHelp()
works fine if the application is launched and help is called for.

However if the application does an Excel data import using ADO. The
subsequent calls to Help.ShowHelp() just fail. However if at least one
call has been made prior to doing this data import - all works fine.

completely baffled

thanks in advance
Shyamal
