What if we could get a discount at an all-inclusive resort somewhere in the Caribbean? I'm hoping to take a trip next spring (say April-May sometime). I'm going to be checking into it anyway, so if I can come up with something good, I'll let you know. To add to the incentive to come - booze is included in an all-inclusive resort and there are lots of girls in bikinis :-) -- Lori http://www.eYardsale.com |

Pagans from all over Ontario and Quebec go camping together for one week in the summer. There are educational sessions, group ceremonies, etc. And yes, there is naked dancing around the fire (not mandatory of course). I missed it this year, but I plan on going next summer. -- Lori http://www.eYardsale.com |

It's too much like staying home. We really prefer a decent room - but then get out with the natives for dining and entertainment. Do you have any events planned for Samhain? The local Wiccans in Halifax, Nova Scotia have been having an annual ceremony on the Halifax Commons for a number of years now and I have found it interesting to watch just as a spectator (but I missed last year; I forgot what day it was until it was over). The first couple of years the police showed up asking to see their permits for open fires but since then they only showed up once when it appeared as though (Christian?) hecklers would be attepting to disrupt things.[1] It is definitely too cold at that time of the year to go "sky clad", however, even if the sensibilities of the local residents would not be offended by it.
