Default Do you use Photoshop or Fireworks?

I'm a traditional Photoshop supporter, but I was wondering if you guys use
more Photoshop or Fireworks, or, who knows, something else

I prefer Corel Photo-Paint. I've been using Corel products since day
one, and I'm too lazy to put in the effort required to learn Photoshop.

Besides, Photoshop is too big, too expensive and too slow, even on a
fast machine with lots of memory.

Works just fine here at work. 1.4GHz with 384MB of RAM.

Of course, my computer at home is much better

I use a combination of software. Mostly Photoshop 7, Paint Shop Pro 8,
Corel Draw and Corel Photo Paint .10.

It really depends on what I'm working. You want the right tool for the job.

Paint Shop Pro for little bits and bobs and a graphic designer who uses
Phtoshop for serious stuff. I know my limits and they are round about
where it starts being necessary to use something other than PSP.

I tried Gimp last year - I found it horrible.

Do you go to the can or get coffee while you wait for the lifetime it
takes to load?
