I think you want www.isp-planet.com or www.broadbandreports.com

Although I have settled into what I think is the perfect host (well for me
anyway) I still hold that the search for one is generally wasted effort. If
email is the only thing bothering you about this host, then just look for
another email.

In fact, you might find that the old email is useful if you use another one
for.. what? IN this case you want the bulk stuff to go there for better
handling? And maybe forward the things you keep to the "real" account
