Default fp2003 website bandwidth stealing

I have one website that constantly goes over the bandwidth - I have
downloaded the free program IP lookup and have opened the log files from my
server to find out the address that most visits this particular site. I'm
just not sure what to do about it. One site says I need to make a
..httaccess.txt file and put it in the images folder to stop anyone from
hijacking the pics on the site to link to their site - but when I go to my
server - it seems to suggest that fp se require you to use something within
fp to make this file.

does anyone know what I'm talking about (I sure don't) and if so...can you
help me out here or tell me how to stop the bandwidth stealing??

thanks so much

Pam

Do a google search for "prevent hotlinking IIS" w/o quotes.
