Default Using frontpage in different locations

At present I managed my website from my home PC using Frontpage and can
see an advantage in being able to do likewise from my PC at work. Is it
possible to edit and upload from both locations and if so, how would I set
this up in practice. My email address uses my domain name which allows
access to my hosting company from both places.
