| Civilians | Hello nice people ( grovel ) After being told I needed to redo all the pages on my site and validate them 'strict' I began the grueling task of trying to learn htm. This page I am posting started with 100 errors having been compiled using FP. Now I have many of these info pages to do and my *common sense* tells me to post it here for checking before continuing further. So what I would very much like you busy critics to do if you have time is check what I have. In other words am I on the right track or have I completely lost the plot ![]() It validates in 'strict' and don't forget this is my first masterpiece so go gentle ![]() http://wairoa.net/temp/avg.htm Many thanks Jenny ( with fingers crossed ) |

But both the HTML and CSS validate - congratulations! Now you can add things a little at a time, checking as you go. I looked around the parent Wairoa site. You live in a pleasant town. I envy you. :-) Where is Marlborough relative to Wairoa? I'm sipping a Kiwi wine from there as I type this. :-) Ed Jay (remove M to respond) |

Ok I understand now what you mean. It was just the coding. Many in here have been helping me and hence know where I am up to. But anyone not having read my posts would not. So I am sorry saz, I see what you are saying. Cheers Jenny |

East Coast, between Napier & Gisborne. Where are you from, are you on holiday, I am guessing so otherwise I suggest you get a job and get off the hot stuff...lol Cheers Jenny |

What I found amazing was this page was originally done in FP. When I tried to validate these mere words, it came back with 100 errors. Incredible and even more reason for me to beat this html stuff. Thanks for your input. Cheers Jenny |
