Default next request... mail server with web mail support that'll run onIIS (or at least Windows)

Thanks everyone for getting me out of a jam with the servers... but now
I need to get some basics on it. Can anyone recommend a mail server that;

1) Happily run on a Windows (2003) platform,
2) Supports a reasonable webmail interface
3) Ideally integrates into IIS (but not utterly critical)
4) Is cheap or free
5) Can run a few 100 email addresses.

Weirdly, I just finished looking at that and pretty much decided that
was the one for me. I'll ask my boss at work to buy me it

I looked at that, but it looked a bit light on features compared to some
of the others. I think I've settled on one for now; Merak Mail. It has
anti-spam and a anti-viral tool with it, both of which I missed off my
initial "must have" list.

I dont have Linux.

I did just install Tomcat; so IIS is now running on one IP and Tomcat on
another. I think that box can run just about anything now. ASP, ASP.NET,
Java (JSP), PHP, Perl, MySQL. I've got a test build site running with a
combination of ASP and PHP and it's lightening fast compared to my old host!
