I just looked at your link you gave under your name, and I saw you were
using a strict.dtd, but your html is not using the strict.dtd rules.

I don't know what you mean. The page validates at HTML 4.01 Strict:

It has a few pointless empty <div>s which give HTML Tidy warnings, but
that doesn't make the code invalid (invalid code corresponds to HTML
Tidy errors, not warnings). Having said that, I should probably clear
those up, so thanks for drawing my attention to the issue.

replying (especially important if its several days old)? I notice
