You know what I seem to be in the same situation but I can't tell if
it's them or Domainsite. Have you tried contacting them?
Unfortunately I haven't had a chance so I'm not going to point any
figures *yet*

Did you enter the key correctly into the pending transfers at GoDaddy?

I've (recently) transferred 15 .info domains from DomainSite to
GoDaddy, 5 about 6 months ago, and then the other 10 last month, with a
little snag at the first batch.

Log in to your account at DomainSite, click on each domain you are
about to transfer, the copy the text from the line labeled "Auth Code".
This is the code you need to enter at GoDaddy. Then, go to your account
at GoDaddy (the "My Account" section, that is), select "Pending Domain
Transfers" and enter the auth codes for each domain there.
