| Civilians | I'm trying to come up with some non-offensive ranks to use in a forum. I have made the graphics for 11 ranks, and have come up with 8 ranks so far. Are they in the right order (I'm not a native English speaker)? Newbie Junior Regular Experienced Enthusiast Senior Expert Veteran -Richard |

But additionally, webmastering covers too large an area. Does "experienced" mean in HTML? Or do you need to know CSS, also? How about Flash? PHP? JavaScript? Perl? There are just way too many variables to get a good rating.
