| Civilians |  Announcement Banner I am trying to figure out a way to have a box/banner appear in the middle of the screen for a short time when someone goes to my website (www.pawpalsofgrandprairie.org) and announce an upcoming event. Hopefully this can be done within Frontpage 2003 and not have to resort to a Flash object or another program. Any suggestions, please. |
