Of course, chances are tonnes of people run scripts at 0,30 so you might
want to spread the server load and try:

7,37 * * * * /homepages/htdocs/...

to run at 7 minutes and 37 minutes past every hour.

Nice thinking No wait, everyone'll now be doing it at 7 & 37 due to
the great advice of Toby. Better make it 9 & 39... no wait...

) I have my own server, so my only competition is all the cPanel cron
stuff, so I just make sure I avoid that!

Also, I pick the time when my visits are at their lowest.
