Default High Search Engine Rankings with Consistency

Hi,

A web site that I optimized has a rather high rankings on Yahoo for a
set of keywords or phrases. However, when it comes to Google and MSN,
the rankings are kinda unpredicable. I am aware that different search
engines use different algorithms to rank web sites. Is there anything
that I could do to achieve a more consistent higher rankings across all
major search engines?

Thanks in advance!

Terry

Right now MSN and Yahoo seem to be crawling everything. This could be why.
Remember Yahoo just started their own list again so they got a lot to catch
up on. MSN is just out of Beta....

Get a big site full of keyword-rich content, lot of inbound links from
related sites and quality directories and low code/content ratio.
That'll do to be getting on with.
