Default Is there a "secret" to successfully using bookmarks in FP2000?

I'm having no luck using bookmarks in FrontPage 2000. Is there some
under-documented secret? <g>

I can create the bookmarks on a page. I can save the page and retrieve it
and the bookmarks are there just like I expect them to be. But when I
create a hyperlink on another page to point to the bookmark, none of them
appear in Optional Bookmark drop down list.

What am I missing?

thanks,

Kraig: you need to have the page with the bookmarks open along with the page
you are working on.
