Default How to save emails?

How can I save all my old emails to a folder somewhere to view later? I'd
like to put them on a CD so I would still have them after I reformat my
computer. I know I should know this by now, but I don't.
Thanks in advance,
Lawanda

I'd suggest asking this in a newsgroup related to whatever e-mail client
you're using.

This newsgroup is for questions about interacting with the internet using
Access, the database product that's part of Office Professional.
