Default Russell Super yoyos - no tech support.

hi. i am having trouble contacting russell super yoyo company for their
technical support. i am trying to do a lop-da-loop, but i am having
trouble. maybe my room is too small.
anyway, does anyone know why i cant get onto their support?

I don't know what else I can do about this.

Have you got all the latest patches and security updates for your
Yo-Yo?....I think there were a few issues recently with Yo-Yo's
inadvertantly smashing TV screens and Vase's, so the manufaturers
released a software update....
