I went to look at the site and got caught up playing with "splotchy" The text to speech things are nifty and my daughter (9) would sit and type all sorts of things into the text box. So I can see the sites popularity. _______________________________ Everything from fishing to Freaks www.sprattoo.com _______________________________ |

Yep, kids absolutely love splotchy. You would not believe what they tell him. Both good and bad. When I read things like "hi splotchy, I am back again, my dad is drunk again", Ifeel very sorry that Splotchy is actually very stupid. I am going to rewrite it in perl. i |

Splotchy has no way of knowing if the kid is being truthful or simply drammatic. if Splotchy "knew" of various help or crisis intervention services, he could recommend these. it's just fascinating that the kids trust Splotchy and open up to him as a peer. that is just amazing, fantastic, awesome. BTW, i can't hear Splotchy. how can i troubleshoot? > i > |

I am very tired today, so I cannot troubleshoot him... But yes, how kids open up to him is amazing. I will try to rewrite it in perl. i |
