Default Publish new FP website at same URL as existing FP website

Hello,

I purchased a FP template to redo an existing website. The template seems to
require that I create a completely new website in FP using the new
Themes/Templates, instead of using my existing one.

When I create the new website in FP, do I need to do anything special to publish
it to the same URL as the existing website (using FrontPage extensions)?

Will FP get confused about all this stuff on the server for the existing website
when it tries to publish, or can it handle this smoothly?

I just want to avoid any problems when I try to publish the new website.

Thanks,
Rodger

Generally when you go to publish FP will spot the 'foriegn' stuff and
ask you if you want it to remove it from the host.. In your case say yes.
Ideally though I would connect directly to the host (not via FP) and do
a manual clean up , just to be sure.
