Default Streaming Live Video from Windows to Linux Server

Hello, I have been wanting to stream live video for friends of mine to
view and I've experimented doing it directly with Windows Media Encoder
9, but I can only get two viewers max (at a decent bitrate) before the
buffer-fests start.

So what I would like to do is to use my website's (Linux) server to
stream off of so that a few more people can view the stream. This is
where I get pretty clueless on things. From what I've read WME9 doesn't
work with Linux servers? Could someone reccomend a Windows program that
can stream to a Linux server? Any step by step guides or websites would
be of great help.

Thanks,
Brian

You don't need one. You need:

1. A windows media server that can stream to a Linux client; *and*
2. A linux media server.

Look at VideoLAN for both.
