| Civilians | Hi, Don't know if this the right group, but here we go: Since I have to use an inhouse template here, symbols are not rendered anymore, just displayed inline, like α instead of the letter itself. Sub and superscript is also not working anymore... Could it have anything to do with this header, I mean like doctypes and charsets? I don't know too mucht about all that stuff, so maybe someone can help me out. <!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN" "http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd"> <html xmlns="http://www.w3.org/1999/xhtml"> <head> <meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1" /> Thanks, Wimmy |

| Civilians | Nevermind, I found out what was wrong. Apparently some copy/paste stuff, cuz' I made the original pages in Textpad but the new ones in Dreamweaver and there for instance had been transformed into so special chars in the source had been altered into entities. Wimmy |
