Thank you for your reply. Yes the subdomain is fully accessible, though
I do not fully understand what you mean. I have full admin access to
the server and all server functions so if there is something specific
you are referring to I can double check it.

I forgot to mention I tried configuring the subweb user permissions.
The user permission page for subwebs has these two options:

1) Duplicate parent web permissions
2) Use unique permissions

When either of these is chosen and you click submit, it goes to the
"spinning gears" page for several minutes then returns back to the same
permissions page with the two options. In effect, it seems to not
actually do anything.

I have the festering feeling it is not possible to do what I want. Does
anyone have any idea?
