Default HTML Code For A Poll?

Could anybody post here the html i could insert into my website to have a
poll that also displays the results (by whatever method) when you submit
your vote? I don't need an IP checker to ensure no multiple votes or
anything, thanks.

No. Such things can not be done with HTML. You will need a server-side
script.

Same answer as your other question:
You need cgi, not html. And if you dont know that then the likelyhood of
success is nil.
