There are a fair number of countries where Google hasn't got the sort of
dominance it has in the Englsih speaking world. I wouldn't suggest the use
of software to submit to search engines in those countries or languages
though. The same problems apply as do in English.

It's not that hard to do by hand. There are also a few of us who do SEO on
an international basis. Not that I'll be fit to do any on a serious basis
before July, but if anyone needs pointing in the right direction I'm
probably up to that.
