Cannot Connect To Sites

My buddy can't connect to a site he usually goes to...He called me up, and I
connect to it just fine from my place...He has no blocking software, he
cleared his temp, and internet temp files...I also check his Zone Alarm
settings, and other internet settings, all to no avail...I even had him
download Firefox, thinking maybe it's an IE problem, still no go...

Could it be his ISP, and the problem's there? Any help would be
appreciated...

Sorry, but this newsgroup is for questions about interacting with the
internet using Access, the database product that's part of Office
Professional.

You could ask in a newsgorup related to Internet Explorer, but I'd start
with his ISP.
