They are also online, but quite rightly charge. But like you, I use
them offline (have the shorter edition on CD)

They have republished in repro format the original edition from 1768
to 1771 (it was published in installments that week by week built into
a .... see, nothing's new <g>)

Anyway, it's great for contemporary data.
