Frontpage 2002 theme page assistance

I have my web made with the Frontpage theme page named Cypress. I
know there are limitations on changing theme pages but before I go
absolutely nuts maybe someone can tell me why it is that everything in
the bottom of my page (looks like it is in a cell of a table but no
tables exist on page and page seems to come from a .css group of pages
which is where I am assuming this is. Problem is I have forgotten how
to access this area to add or change information. It looks like I
originally used some Wizard to creat this and it would be nice to be
able to take control and have permission.
Also when I right click a file in contents window I get this message
and would like to know why and how to correct it
(1) Cannot create file "C:\maindirectory\categorydirecotry\Web
Page\_vti_pvt\doctodep.btr".(Permission denied)

Any help would be much appreciated.
