Any host that offers Apache web server and PHP is all you need. There
are 1000's of them.

Do you means you are looking for it to be pre-installed? If so, that
will narrow your choices considerably.

Yes, the rates are good, and the packages are fine, but the
only thing that may be questionable is their location.. A
whois shows that

I have used webhostingbuzz, who have a $3/mo. plan that
offers a lot of functionality, my only reservation is their
support. Not bad, but not always there.. I guess I will have
to pull their ears, and press a little harder..
