Uploading problems.

I have been uploading updates to my web site for several years without any
problems. I have recently switched isp providers and now I can't upload to
my web site. I keep getting errors reading 500 Invalid command try being
more creative to 500 R not understood. My internet service provider is
Verizon DSL. I am using a Westell Model 327W wireless router which I suspect
is the problem. I am using FrontPage 2002 and Zonealarm for my firewall. I
have disabled the firewall completely in the Westell router and even tried
disabling my Zone alarm briefly with no success.
I have even tried uploading to my web site using a stand alone FTP program
with no success, I can't even get it to connect to the remote server.

Any suggestions anyone has would be greatly appreciated!
