Default SubSite Permissions

I am trying to restrict log on to a sub site, but when I go to Tools,
Server, Permissions it goes to a Geman web page. I don't read Geman so I'm
lost. The site it goes to is:

https://konfig.kundenserver.de/xml/c...EA3EA6B4.TC12b

Can anyone tell me why this happens or what I should do??

Thanks in advance

JMR

This means that the hosting company you are using is a German based
company. The server is set up for Germans. You might be able to
translate the screen by telling IE to display English or else find a
program to translate the text. Whenever you log into your Admin page of
your site, it reflects the server that your site is being hosted on.

Are you with 1and1.co.uk? I had this problem. I didn't find a way around
it. Apart from this, though, they have been an excellent host!
