Default Error: HTTP to HTTPS on redirect

Imtrying to contact a secure location using MSINET.OCX

I have set .protocol to https and the URL starts with HTTPS. I then get the
error:

HTTP to HTTPS on redirect

The server administrator claims there is no forwarding.

WHat am I doing wrong?
