I just post the information that I have relaunched a re-make of GeoURL which is probably know by the the two guys who started this thread. Therefore, they know the purpose of that service. So, why should I explain it again? However, via a URL like this http://www.geourl.info/near/?lat=51.....0505&dist=500 you can find all registered sites which are located near the specified coordinates within a circle of a diameter of the size of 'dist', e.g. 500km.
