they are in Florida, Miami I think. I dont like this at all, I have
over 250 customers on my servers and now none are reachable...

We're in the Great Lakes area too and got dumped on...doesn't have anything
to do with customer service or whether or not our servers are up or down.

Where are they located? If its anywhere around the Ohio/Great Lakes area of
