Default Backing up website

(Was posted to ms.pub.fp.programming, but I think this group is more
relevant).

Originally, when I started using FrontPage (FP2000 at the time), I
always used to create my site locally, and then publish, either fully,
or changed pages only.

I since then, lost my local copy of the website, and made all changes
directly to the server. I now need to move servers. What is the easiest
method to download my entire FP site (http://www.essexchurches.co.uk) to
my hard disk, enabling republication on my new server?

Thanks

JW

JW: Publish live site complete to your hard drive, then publish complete
site to new server.

This seems to work fine if you don't have any child webs within your root
web. I've found that if you do have child webs you need to publish them to
your PC all separately.
