Best web host for hosting lots of videio, moderate amount of traffic

I am looking for some suggestions as to the best web host for hosting 30+ GB
of video files, amount other web pages, and something with a good amount of
transfer. I have looked at simplehost.com, it seems pretty good, but they
are a little skimpy on the transfer at only 40gb, any other suggestions?

What is your budget?

Lower is better for now...

But after a few months, I would like to move to a dedicated, something like
rackspace.net

have searched and searched, just though you guys might have some fresh
ideas.

Which may be a good deal for a high traffic, low size site that I have.
One that just has about 1000 articles on it that I am going to start running
google ad sence on.

BitTorrent. There is nothing about video that requires an HTTP server.
