We signed up with them two weeks ago and they still don't have our
server set up. First they said that it would be set up in 48 hours,
then in a few days, by the end of the week, etc.

Will follow up when this issue is resolved one wy or another.

I've had no end of problems with them! They can't do a single thing without
a signed fax :-\

For what it's worth, I'm working on a site that uses one of their "dedicated
servers".. It's in quotes, because it's hard to believe.
Took me several days before my client could get them to hook up regular port
21 FTP service.
Also, from time to time, it's really slooowww.. Sometimes slow ftp,
sometimes slow http. Sometimes, both. The server, best as I can determine,
is in Germany. My client (and by coincidence, me too) is in California.
Maybe that has something to do with speed, but I sorta doubt it.

I notice that they buy a 5 or 6 page ad in PC Magazine. Maybe that's all we
need to know.

Hope this is helpful.
Bruce

A client of mine was with them for almost a year. No customer service
issues, but very slow connections - <5kbs during mid-day hours. He left
a few months ago and never looked back.

We moved two of his sites to www.page-zone.com, since he finally
realized that he did not truly need dedicated servers for those.

The last one he still insisted it had to be dedicated, so we moved that
to www.gnax.com. No problems to report in the past 3 months.
