I've had no end of problems with them! They can't do a single thing without a signed fax :-\ |

Took me several days before my client could get them to hook up regular port 21 FTP service. Also, from time to time, it's really slooowww.. Sometimes slow ftp, sometimes slow http. Sometimes, both. The server, best as I can determine, is in Germany. My client (and by coincidence, me too) is in California. Maybe that has something to do with speed, but I sorta doubt it. The last one he still insisted it had to be dedicated, so we moved that to www.gnax.com. No problems to report in the past 3 months. |
