In Frontpage 2000 I open the Default.asp into the "Page" section. From there
I try to open the page in the Internet Explorer 6.x browser but before
anything happens I get a Info Window with the following text:
"The page contains elements that may need to be saved or published to
preview correctly".
As I click OK the page opens but the .asp script is not executed. If, on
that page, I click on a link to another .asp page I get the page to open
showing the script itself instead of the execution of the script. The
address shows C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\myDirectory\filename.asp
Is there a problem between Frontpage and IIS 5.0?
If I input the address
http://my_server_name/myDirectory/filename.asp
directly into the browser it works.
Has anybody a clue about what's wrong with it? Any suggestion?
THANKS.
