Default MIcrosoft MVP Papajohn claims Movie Maker 2 Non-Linear Editing Environment

Yesterday Microsoft's Most Valued Profesional (MVP) Papajohn claimed that
Windows Movie Maker 2 was in fact a Non-Linear Editing Environment.

He Said...
"As Movie Maker 2 is intended for those new to non-linear digital video
editing, it's used by many who are also novices with computers....
Microsoft have not yet confirmed the announcement by their MVP Papajohn
