My client's ISP gave him an address of 203.67.124.67/32 (example).

What is the /32 for and where does one put it?

Andrew,
32 is a bit mask. 32 stands for 32 ones (in binary) in the bitmask so the
bit mask is
255.255.255.255. This mask usually stands for a broadcast address...
