Getting data from web form into Access

Hi

I need to collect the following information by email or web from our
Hostels, scattered arounds the UK:

Location (Text), Week (Number) , Staff name (Text), Hours worked
(Number)

My first thought was to use a Mailform, which workccesccessfully, but
the form I have will only allow the user to enter one person's details
at once. Form I'm trying to improve on is at

The data will only read into my Sumquest Survey Software, not straight
into Access.

We have an intranet, but at the moment the upload rights are very
restricted and I need to avoid using this at the moment.

Ideally I want to find a way that allows me to get data in the
following format into Access with minimal cut and paste, ideally
read/imported directly without any user manipulation.

Broadhaven,1,Dave Bell,37
Broadhaven,1,Paul Hill,40
Broadhaven,1,Sue Smart,38
Broadhaven,1,Dan Smith,30

Does anyone have any suggestions - what I'm looking for is a "quick
and dirty" fix that makes the process of entering the data by our
managers as straightforward as possible
