Hosting search

I'm sorry by my poor english. Apologise.
Hi, I'm ICeman, I'm from Argentina and I have a very deep question:
I made, several months ago, a complete website. It's a personal &
technical site (a geek site), written entirely in spanish. It uses SSI
in all of its pages, and I need a FREE hosting, with few advertise or
none of it (a 88x31 static banner its fine), that lets me FTP upload it
(because it has more than 200 files in 30 sub-folders). It has to
support SSI, and maybe CGI scripting in Perl and password protection
trough '.htaccess' files.
I had found some troubles in my hosting search:

1. A lot of hostings only allow english-written sites, not spanish.
2. I really hate that the hosting change the HTML pages, because all the
pages in my site are strict & valid XHTML 1.1, and I want to keep it
valid, and I don't use JavaScript or any other annoying technology.
3. I live in the third world so pay a hosting in dollars or euros it's
out of my reach, so I say it again it has to be free.

FYI, the whole site 'weights' 10 Mb (by now). A subdomain it's OK for
now, but I might get my own domain in the near future. I tried almost
