| Civilians | you can find a program and/or folder using the properties. Press START>PROGRAMS and right click the name. The dialogue box has Find Target. Clicking it will open the folder. Or you can Press START>PROGRAMS and leave the cursor over the shortcut and the path will show up. OK, I finally found FrontPage: C\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\FRONTPG.EXE. That only took me several hours to figure out. Why didn't they call it frontpage.exe? Thanks, Bill Edelstein Schenectady, NY wedelst1@nycap.rr.com "William Edelstein" <wedelst1.nospam@nycap.rr.com> wrote in message news:qf55c.6709$Oo5.4092@twister.nyroc.rr.com... Martin et al., There seems to be something strange about my installation of FrontPage, because I cannot find the actual program anywhere. I have reinstalled a few times. I get a shortcut which then brings up FrontPage, but where is FrontPage? I cannot find it using a search. Also, when I look at "properties" of the shortcut, it just says the target is Microsoft FrontPage but doesn't give any details. Also, FrontPage does not show up in the "recommended programs." I have tried going to "options" under "tools" of FrontPage and choosing one of the shortcuts to direct editing. Unfortunately, this doesn't work either. I am very puzzled about where FrontPage actually resides. Thanks for your suggestion so far. Any other ideas would certainly be welcome.
