Default Re: Now Only WORD opens web pages

you can find a program and/or folder using the properties. Press START>PROGRAMS and right click the name. The dialogue box has Find Target. Clicking it will open the folder.

Or you can Press START>PROGRAMS and leave the cursor over the shortcut and the path will show up.

OK, I finally found FrontPage: C\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\FRONTPG.EXE.

That only took me several hours to figure out. Why didn't they call it frontpage.exe?

Thanks,

Martin et al.,

There seems to be something strange about my installation of FrontPage, because I cannot find the actual program anywhere. I have reinstalled a few times. I get a shortcut which then brings up FrontPage, but where is FrontPage? I cannot find it using a search. Also, when I look at "properties" of the shortcut, it just says the target is Microsoft FrontPage but doesn't give any details. Also, FrontPage does not show up in the "recommended programs."

I have tried going to "options" under "tools" of FrontPage and choosing one of the shortcuts to direct editing. Unfortunately, this doesn't work either. I am very puzzled about where FrontPage actually resides.

Thanks for your suggestion so far. Any other ideas would certainly be welcome.
