Default How Do I Get "True Single Line Spacing"?

I have something that looks like this:

XYZ Company

PO Box 83

123 Any Street

Any City, OR 22222

on a web page, and I need to know how to format it to look like:

XYZ Company
PO Box 83
123 Any Street
Any City, OR 22222

I don't know what Microsoft calls it, but I call it "true single line
spacing".

Thanks for the help.

Hi Doug,

You can get a line break by pressing SHIFT & RETURN, which will put the text
on the next physical line.

So place cursor after XYZ Company and press SHIFT & RETURN and then press
DELETE to delete the extra spacing.

All the best,
Martin

or you can highlight the lines you want "true single"
click on Format and then paragraph and put "0" spacing before and after on
the lower half of the screen. i had to play with it a little to get the
feel of it here and there.
good luck,
harriet
