Default Help with FP2003 picture toolbar

Hi,

When I used to click on an image in FP2003 the picture toolbar would
automatically pop up, since I did an office update thsi is no longer the
case. How can I get the picture toolbar to automatically pop up again when
I click on an image?

Thank you,

Len
