| Sensei ![]() | I would hate to think that one of my ARs would malfunction and I'd face prosecution. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bWWW1WOQpDk...feature=related

| Monkey Mouse ![]() | All of this for a malfunction. They are so anxious to go after gun owners, that they give no breaks. If this was a criminal, they'd find extenuating circumstances.

| Junior Officer ![]() | that is out of control. I really do believe in our Justice system. I also understand it is not perfect. but this is not right. This man deserves better. His conviction needs to be over turned, bottom line!!

| Sensei ![]() | All it takes is a faulty disconnecter that allows the hammer to ride the bolt carrier forward and cause the rifle to slam fire… It’s a malfunction not a full auto select fire weapon.. and the key word here is SELECT fire…

| NCO ![]() | This type of malfunction can happen with almost any semi-auto weapon. The venerable M1911 .45 auto, carried by US troops from WW1 until after Desert Storm, has on occasion been known to empty its magazine when the slide is let go forward. This is caused by wear to internal components. Only the ATF would consider it as a machine gun. BATF is a rogue agency that operates on its own agenda with its own rules. They have ignored Congress, the President and the courts on many occasions. They have murdered US citizens and violated Constitutional and Public Law. When there was discussion of moving them under the FBI, the FBI said in no uncertain terms it didn't want them. It's more than past time for them to go away.

| Non-Commissioned Officer ![]() | Sounds like a pretty stupid deal to me. If the kid he loaned it to had fired 800 rounds through it before it fired that 2 round burst, sounds like it may have been a cook-off. I just wonder if those morons even tested the weapon to see if it would fire a "burst" before they dragged this man into court. |

| NCO ![]() | Another case of an out of control Liberal agency with an agenda. Of course like the British police who I have lost a considerable about of respect for of late it is easier to pursue a law abiding fine payer than a non fine paying criminal
