Default Effectiveness of PDW ammunition?

Does any one here have any information on the effectiveness of the 5.7x28mm (P90) or 4.6x30 (MP7A1) high velocity PDW rounds.
I've read all the information I can find online but havn't found any first hand acounts of how effective they are on a 'soft target'.
Lots of 5.56mm, 7.62mm, 9mm and .45" but nothing on the PDW calibers.
Any help apreciated.
Ta.
