Have you ever seen them with the full moon behind a flock in V-formation, Sir Blue? I saw them framed that way one night some 20 years ago, and I've never forgotten it. It's such a classic scene, and just beautiful.

Matter of fact, I don't recall ever hearing OR seeing them after dark... for some reason.

Did you notice the moon last night, Sir Blue? Full and bright as a beacon. Beautiful. My mother always loved the moon in all its phases.

I did see that moon... Mrs. Blue always draws my attention to the shape of the moon, for some reason.

So, I never fail to see it!

My mother did that too; the shape and the beauty of the moon at each stage. I love to see the full moon come up from the ground in appearance, as it's usually almost orange then. And it appears huge

The geese are here for the harvest -- the farmers always leave grain in the fields for them.

They fly over my house everyday at the same time,almost predictable enough to bag one and have it for dinner without leaving my front yard.
